This is the last week that you can purchase banquet tickets and RSVP for your awards to be made! Because of the holidays, we must have all numbers to our caterer, as well as for our award creators in order to be ready for the banquet on January 8, 2022! All award winners were sent an email initially. Those award winners who would still like to RSVP, in order to have their awards created, please go to the BANQUET tab on our website, where you will find the Banquet RSVP Link (google form) that you need to fill out if you are attending the banquet.
If you are unable to attend the banquet, please download the RSVP form and send it by MAIL to the address noted on the form. ALL RSVP regrets MUST be done by MAIL, not EMAIL or Social Media.
